Job Description As a Superintendent with a trades background, we invite you to join our operations team in Port Moody, BC. This is a temporary role starting April 2026. The position offers a 14-days on / 7-days off schedule with 12-hour shifts, LOA of $170/day and $300 travel pay.While local candidates are preferred, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures, Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance. Growing company with opportunities for career development and advancement Qualifications Journeyperson certification in a mechanical or electrical trade; PMP designation considered an asset. Over 10 years of experience leading oil and gas construction projects with a results-oriented, solutions-focused approach. Extensive supervisory experience on industrial sites, demonstrating strong leadership and team motivation skills. Valid safety certifications required, including CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Strong English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing. Hourly rate: $80/hour for employees and $96/hour for DSPs.
