Role/Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day kitchen operation (after extensive training), which will include : Execute food to our exact specifications and presentation within our timing standards Continual Training, development and motivating our quality employees Coach and follow proper food safety, health and sanitization and cleaning practices Continuously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations Oversee inventory, prep inventory, and ordering levels Assist the team in menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control Encourage teamwork and communication with all staff in our Socialhouse Delegate, coach and share responsibilities to ensure smooth operations daily.
