The position will require availability from Monday to Saturday from 9am 6:00pm, excluding stat holidays. JOB DESCRIPTION Key responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician include : Prescription processing (Kroll Software) Final Check on prescriptions and compliance packs Taking prescription orders from physicians Managing phone calls from facilities and doctors'' offices Receiving/managing inventory and stocking shelves Demonstrate and provide technical education to clients on the use medical devices QUALIFICATIONS Registrant of the College of Pharmacists of BC (in good standing) Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task Ability to learn and adapt quickly Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines Independent thinking and ability to solve problems High attention to detail while being efficient and able to time manage Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Quick learner and ability to adapt to new information and routines Enthusiastic and eager to learn Salary: competitive wages based on experience and performance Experience: Pharmacy experience is an asset.
