We''re a Greater Vancouver-based electrical contractor seeking a third/fourth year apprentice or journeyman. Above all, we need someone that is willing to learn and work in highly variable environments. Role Working within the team (and alone) on residential/commercial service calls, automation, solar/battery, etc. What You Bring BC third/fourth-year apprentice or Red Seal journeyperson (or out-of-province equivalent) Solid residential experience; light commercial/TI experience an asset Solar experience preferred Comfortable with diagnostics, client communication, and working in finished spaces Valid Class 5 (or 7N) driver''s licence with clean abstract Lift/ladder comfort; able to carry heavy/lift loads on occasion Bonus: experience with Tesla/Enphase/EG4, load calculations, service upgrades, and neat conduit work Why Join Us Highly competitive wages, paid OT, benefits after 3 months Company vehicle/van use during work hours (role-dependent) + fuel card after first month A reasonable schedule, supportive team, and high-standards culture (we take pride in tidy installs) Hours & Location MonFri daytime; occasional mornings/evenings/weekends by schedule in advance.
