About the Unit We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world''s key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the placement, shipment and invoicing of all sales for Yara Canada from our production facilities and warehouses encompassing a large number of different products. Team members must be used to working in a fast-paced environment, while always keeping a positive attitude. Provide cross-functional communication with areas impacted by or impacting on Customer Service. Communicate with terminals, transportation, credit and marketing teams Enter contracts and orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy of data pricing, product, terms, warehouse delivery time, etc. Execute customer contracts including invoicing as appropriate. Order requests are made via phone or email Monitor contract fulfillment and work with sales on required extensions Reconcile Prepaid Contracts/orders with customer and Credit Assist Transportation team for inbound and outbound orders as necessary Tracking of product shipment to ensure customer satisfaction Provide customer service at a level of competitive excellence. Education, Experience & Skill Minimum three years of experience within Customer Service Work experience in a global organization or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields Knowledge of transportation equipment Knowledge of inventory levels and logistics as well as warehouse operations English is required, French is an asset.
