Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and goods to various destinations while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Duties Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Assist with loading and securing freight to prevent damage during transit Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during operations Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues Qualifications Valid commercial driver''s license (CDL) with clean driving record Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is preferred Knowledge of automotive repair or troubleshooting is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and adhere to strict schedules Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks as required Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 80 per week Work Location: In person
