The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing shipping and receiving, quality assurance and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting company operations and ensuring quality inspections of products. What we expect from you: Provide detailed Quality Assurance reporting on all product received in accordance with CFIA and USDA standards Oversee end-to-end coordination of local and interprovincial shipments Manage inventory flow to optimize product turnover and minimize waste Ensure consistent and accurate recordkeeping and inventory counts daily High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work both in a team setting and as an individual Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends to meet the needs of the position Clearly communicate with the team, while also reporting to the Director of Operations Qualifications: At least 2 years in the fresh produce industry Highly experienced in Excel Have your own vehicle Forklift certification and ability to operate a pallet jack is recommended Experience in food safety and workplace safety procedures is recommended Be able to lift 50lbs This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our warehouse efficiency.
