Job Summary: We''re looking for a reliable, hardworking labourer to join our team. Our core focus is building retaining walls, and we need someone who''s ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Responsibilities include heavy lifting, raking, shovelling, and assisting with excavations. Experience operating equipment is an asset. During the winter months, this role will shift to supporting snow removal operations. Work is throughout Mission, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and sometimes further into the Lower Mainland. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the construction of retaining walls (Allan Block and wood) Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, digging, and site cleanup Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively Spot excavations and support equipment operators Contribute to snow removal efforts during winter season Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic construction knowledge (e.g., reading a tape measure, using a level) Proficient in English (spoken and written) Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation to job sites across Mission, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, and surrounding areas Experience with retaining wall installation is preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Who You Are: Physically fit and comfortable with demanding labour Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work, we''d love to hear from you.
