The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, possess a diverse skill set in construction work, is dependable and hardworking individual. Job Duties: Perform renovations on residential and commercial properties, using hand and power tools; Support installation team with any construction tasks assigned Repair and service installed products; Dispose of construction debris as directed Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Ensure that tools and work-related equipment are kept in good working order; Clean and prepare work areas to eliminate any possible hazard; Measuring and cutting materials to size Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience in renovation or construction roles. Competence using common hand tools such as tape measures, utility knives, hammers, and pry bars. Good communication and teamwork skills when assisting installers and supervisors. Ability to stay organized and keep tools, materials, and work areas tidy. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic in fast-paced construction environments. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing unexpected challenges. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle on-site issues effectively. Physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects when necessary. Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly Being able to work out of town is a plus but not a requirement.
