The purpose for this role is to ensure accurate and efficient control of all warehouse inventory by receiving inbound purchase orders, maintaining precise stock counts, and restocking shelves to support order picking and on-time fulfilment. This role safeguards product accuracy, optimizes warehouse flow, and provides the inventory visibility required for smooth operations. This person will help build a warehouse environment where inventory accuracy is consistent, shelves are always replenished, and inbound goods flow smoothly so customer orders are fulfilled without delay. Over time, this role drives continuous improvement in inventory control methods, technology use, and team practices to keep the operation reliable and scalable. Day to day responsibilities include receiving, inventory counts, inventory put away, and use of inventory tracking systems.
