Your New Job As the Operational Project Manager, you will take full ownership of daytoday project execution, guiding projects from kickoff through completion. Youll manage budgets, coordinate resources, oversee contractors and vendors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Your role will include: Leading the endtoend delivery of energy conservation projects Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and addressing field challenges in real time Managing project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting Coordinating field crews, internal teams, contractors, and thirdparty vendors Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards Documenting schedules, budgets, and change orders Providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership Conducting postproject reviews to identify improvements This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, operationally focused environment and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts with precision and confidence. What You Need to Succeed To excel in this role, youll bring: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience 7+ years of provenexperience managing operational, executiondriven projects Strong financial skills with handson experience tracking budgets and costs Experience coordinating field operations, contractors, or vendors Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving abilities Clear, confident communication skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders Preferred assets include: Experience in energy conservation, energy efficiency, utilities, HVAC, or related sectors Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Familiarity with energy efficiency programs or retrofit initiatives A PMP or similar certification (an asset, not a requirement) Key attributes: Highly detailoriented and numbersdriven Operationally focused and disciplined in execution Adaptable in changing field conditions Strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable in a fastpaced, project-heavy environment Balanced approach to handson problem solving and structured project controls What Will You Get in Return Youll gain a pivotal role in a growing organization where your work directly influences project success and client satisfaction.
