Role SummaryWe are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for full-time warehouse operations in Burnaby, BC. This critical role manages logistics and order fulfillment, ensuring inventory accuracy and the timely distribution of goods. Position: Full-time, on-siteHours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (37.5 hrs/week)Location: Burnaby, BC Compensation: $20.00-24.00/hourReports To: Warehouse ManagerKey Responsibilities:Perform all aspects of shipping and receiving duties.Prepare and package outgoing shipments (parcels/skids) and verify key shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices).Coordinate carrier pickups and track logistics.Operate pallet jack equipment to safely unload incoming deliveries.Manage and organize materials in designated locations, support inventory control, and conduct physical counts.Assist with order fulfillment and order checking.Maintain accurate records and ensure safety compliance.Qualifications:Proven experience as a shipper receiver, warehouse associate, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations principles.Exceptional detail-oriented nature, organizational skills, and spatial awareness for efficient packing.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.Tech-savvy with inventory management systems (WMS); Epicor Silk experience is an asset.Reliable team player with excellent time management.Openness to AI and process improvement.Legally eligible to work in CanadaNJL Core ValuesHonesty & IntegrityHumility to learnHungry to make a differenceCompassionEnthusiasmTeamworkTo Apply: Please submit your resume to .
