RN, Operations Manager (Multi-site / LTC, AL, IL)Seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager, RN to oversee multiple long-term care, assisted living, and independent living facilities within the Vancouver Lower Mainland.Operations Manager, RNMulti-site Seniors Care Home OperationsResponsible for the general operations of these sites, which serve over 450 residents with a staff of 500+, the ideal candidate will have at least 25 years of nursing leadership and administrative experience.As the Operations Manager, RN, you will demonstrate exceptional management skills, clinical expertise, and strategic vision.
