What Youll Work On AI agent architecture and orchestration Async backend systems for real-time conversations LLM integration and tool/function calling CRM/DMS system integrations Distributed services running on AWS Voice and telephony integrations Production monitoring and reliability Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or higher Solid understanding of OOP design patterns Experience with async programming (asyncio, async/await) Strong computer science fundamentals Understanding of distributed systems Familiarity with caching systems (Redis) Understanding of document databases (MongoDB) Familiarity with how large language models process and generate text Basic AWS fundamentals (compute, storage, networking, IAM) Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) Building REST APIs with FastAPI or similar async frameworks LLM integration (OpenAI API, prompt engineering, tool calling) Multi-agent or orchestration architectures Production MongoDB and Redis usage Deploying services on AWS (ECS, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk) Working with EC2, S3, VPC, CloudWatch IAM roles and least-privilege access control CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodeBuild) Voice or telephony platforms (Twilio, Vapi) Pydantic for schema validation Microservices and event-driven architecture Testing with pytest (including async test patterns) Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders What We Offer Performance bonuses Stock options Remote flexibility Youll help shape how AI transforms Automotive retail operations at scale.
