Overview Gallagher Skippers'''' Plan is a specialized division of Gallagher with a long history of providing marine (pleasure craft) insurance in Canada. Gallagher''''s Skippers'''' Plan team seeks a Client Solutions Manager (licensed insurance broker/agent) who will work directly with clients to deliver world-class customer service, including guiding new clients through policy purchases, guiding renewal cycles, handling policy changes, and resolving billing issues. How You''''ll Make An Impact Support a designated portfolio of clientele, contributing to business retention and relationship building Grow Gallagher Skippers Plan portfolio through new business acquisition activities Represent Gallagher Skippers Plan at shows and events Review accounts at renewal, place necessary coverage, re-market when required, and adhere to carrier binding authority Respond to client inquiries quickly and maintain fast turnaround times Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and generate quality leads Continuously upgrade insurance market knowledge and stay informed on new products and policy changes About You Minimum of two years experience in personal lines insurance Pleasure Craft Marine experience an asset R.I.B.O licensed (Nationally licensed or ability to become nationally licensed) University Degree or College Diploma; CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills Knowledge of EPIC an asset Compensation And Benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we offer a wide range of benefits.
