Career opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to oversee and administer our Learning Management System. This role is responsible for transforming training content into structured, engaging, and measurable learning experiences that support organizational consistency and compliance. Working closely with designated departmental leads, this position will collaborate with appointed subject matter experts to translate training requirements into structured learning programs. The LMS Coordinator will configure courses and learning paths, build assessments, manage users, and generate reporting on training completion, compliance, and learner progress. You will be responsible for: LMS Administration & Operations Serve as primary administrator and system owner of the LMS Configure courses, learning paths, curricula, and certifications aligned with departmental needs Upload and manage training materials (videos, documents, PDFs, presentations, SCORM files, etc.) Build and maintain quizzes, tests, assessments, and evaluations Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, enrollments, and onboarding workflows Maintain system accuracy by updating and version-controlling content Training Implementation & Coordination Partner with departmental leads to define training objectives and requirements Translate subject matter input into structured, user-friendly learning experiences Ensure training content is organized, standardized, and aligned with internal policies Maintain content quality, consistency, and accuracy Reporting & Analytics Generate and distribute reports on training completion, compliance, and learner progress Provide summaries and insights on training effectiveness Track mandatory and regulatory training completion and follow up as required Continuous Improvement & Support Monitor LMS performance and user experience; recommend enhancements Serve as primary internal support contact for LMS-related inquiries Liaise with platform support and vendors as needed Stay current on LMS best practices and learning technologies The ideal candidate for this position has: 2-5 years experience in LMS Administration, Learning & Development, HR Operations or training coordination High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential employee data Salary Range: $50,000- $60,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
