Summary Lead the made to measure and tailored clothing department to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and develop team capability. The role focuses on sales leadership, coaching, operational excellence, and partnership with central teams and vendor partners to maximize MTM results and store performance. Responsibilities Drive tailored clothing and MTM sales performance through personal selling and team coaching. Analyze sales trends and advisor skills to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement training and performance improvement plans for advisors. Collaborate with central office, vendors, and store leadership on events and seasonal MTM initiatives. Monitor MTM order accuracy and client penetration and report on performance insights. Champion exceptional client experience across fittings, alterations, and deliveries. Ensure tailored department presentation, organization, and operational readiness. Partner with tailor shop leadership to meet fitting and alteration standards and timelines. Act as in-store subject matter expert and liaison for MTM updates and processes. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with leadership capacity managing a store or department. Experience in tailored clothing or made to measure preferred. Proven coaching and development experience with documented performance improvements. Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans. Customer focused with ability to drive long term loyalty and conversion. Ability to build partnerships with vendors and internal teams.
