About The Opportunity The DevOps Engineer is responsible for maintaining and evolving the pipelines used for the Docebo Learn release, as well as developing internal tools to manage the multitenant infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, frequent releases and supporting development teams in optimizing their CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will work closely with development and engineering teams to streamline the deployment process and manage cloudbased infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Primary Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To Improve deployment pipelines to support frequent, seamless software releases. Develop and maintain internal tools to simplify the management of Docebos multitenant infrastructure. Support development teams in setting up and improving their CI/CD pipelines, enhancing overall system efficiency. Lead infrastructure and development projects aimed at optimizing system performance and processes. Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues to minimize disruptions and ensure system stability. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including development and engineering, to continuously improve development workflows. Stay current with industry trends to identify and implement new tools and technologies that enhance performance and scalability. What It Takes To Be Successful To succeed in this role, a DevOps Engineer should possess strong problemsolving abilities, a deep understanding of cloud services and containerization, and a proactive approach to improving deployment processes. Effective collaboration with development and engineering teams is essential, along with the ability to manage complex projects. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field provides a solid foundation for the technical demands of the role. Education And Experience Typically 4+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python). Proficiency in programming languages (Go preferred). Strong expertise in Linuxbased systems. Handson experience with container systems (Docker, Kubernetes). Expertise in cloud services, especially AWS. Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitLab, Jenkins) and concepts. Familiar with Git for version control and automation processes. DevOps mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
