The Resource will be contributing to the ongoing development of a Digital Portal, using various tools and products to capture info, present it in multiple ways via dashboards, reports and executive summaries. Prepare appropriate documentation to ensure existing project team has the information required to continue with ongoing development efforts. Design a report to show the status of SLA signatories- including linkages to eApprovals and how the Digital Portal can illustrate in a centralized fashion the progression. Tracking SLA signatories within the Digital Portal, and also other integration points to support the SLM SLA process. Eventual end-state could include finding way to populate the Service Catalogue with content captured in the Digital Portal. Key Responsibilities: Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
