Full relocation support and work permit sponsorship will be provided.Senior Manager, Management Consulting KPMG Advisory is looking for a Senior Manager with significant experience and proven track record in to lead our growing Management Consulting practice, including, but not limited to, experience in managing a diverse portfolio of engagements and working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver services to financial services industry clients. The role will include the following responsibilities:Management of client accounting related engagements, leading small teams. In some instances, leading Management Consulting Teams input into larger, multi-disciplinary teamsProvide clients with support in understanding and implementing new or complex accounting standardsProviding accounting support to transaction teams answering questions on technical issues and providing input for reportsDelivering operational and finance transformation initiatives, including skills in target operating model, workflow and process designDevelopment and delivery of accounting training to clients and internal teamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and individualCollaborating with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectationsContributing to practice and risk management, including thought leadership and business development activitiesBuilding relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated serviceIdentify and foster long-term relationships with new and existing target clients.Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and attributes:A Bachelors degree or above, and an accounting certification7 years of work experience at a public accounting firm in an audit or advisory role with management consulting experienceExperience in the Financial Services industry and an understanding of accounting and commercial issues facing this industryExperience helping clients through large transformation programsA grounding knowledge in IFRS and US GAAPStrong project management skillsStrong presentation skills as the role requires regular internal and external presentations to be delivered as well as a proven ability to competently discuss related matters with clientsExcellent business development skillsExcellent client relationship skillsFirst class written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce and review complex financial reports and proposalsExceptional people skills with the ability to work well with staff of all levels, including the ability to coach and develop team membersBe a strong team player with a proven ability to work effectively with senior management, ideally on complex cross border engagements with multi-jurisdictional teamsA self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task on a daily basis and maintain high levels of drive and resilienceA high degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is requiredA willingness and capacity to work overtime at short notice is essential as this is a highly demanding environment with very tight reporting deadlinesWhat we offer:A competitive remuneration package that is commensurate with qualifications and experienceFull relocation package and work permit sponsorshipA work-life balance with an emphasis on promoting health and wellbeingMedical and pension schemesRecognizable and reputable corporate social responsibility programChange extends your horizons.
