Our commitment is to ensure that every team member feels empowered to embrace their authentic selves, and to provide every team member with the opportunity to reach their full potential and make a meaningful contribution to the communities we serve.Please click HERE to learn more about our organization.As a Project Manager, youll be responsible for:Leadership & Project OversightProvide full leadership and accountability for assigned projects from start-up to closeout.Uphold and champion Prodigys values, mission, brand standards, and commitment to Health & Safety at all times.Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, internal teams, and trade partners to maintain alignment and drive project success.Project Planning & ExecutionLead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial tracking.Ensure all contractual requirements are met, including quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.Drive schedule recovery efforts and corrective action plans when required.Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with company standards.People & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders.Mentor and support project staff across cross-functional teams.Support business development by identifying opportunities and participating in proposal efforts where required.Field & Site SupportCollaborate closely with Project Superintendents to ensure effective site execution.Support site teams with timely decisions, clarifications, and issue resolution.Foster positive working relationships with trades, suppliers, and field personnel.About You:The successful candidate will have the following:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Project Management roles with a General Contractor in the ICI construction sector.Practical experience with Construction Management and Stipulated Sum contract models; Design-Build, IPD, and hybrid models considered an asset.Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.Awareness of current industry trends, best practices, and construction methodologies.Ability to independently manage several smaller projects or one larger project.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, accounting/cost-tracking systems (Jonas or similar), Procore, Bluebeam, and related industry software.Proven ability to meet project objectives related to schedule, budget, and quality.High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.Strong work ethic with the ability to persevere through challenges.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels.Ability to interpret and apply contract drawings and specifications.Demonstrated experience in resolving conflicts effectivelyPerks & Benefits:Competitive pay and vacation packageAnnual performance based bonusEmployer paid Health & Dental benefitsA fun, people-first culture with regular social events and celebrationsApproximate Annual Salary Range for this role: $100,000 - $150,000Final compensation is determined based on experience, certifications, education/training, work location, and the size and the complexity of the projects assigned.This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use:We may use technology to support the initial application review; however, final decisions are always made by our hiring team after reviewing applications and completing interviews.To Apply:Ready to take the next step in your career?
