Overview The Premium Lead Serveris responsible foroverseeing the serving of guests in all Premium areas toincludesboth sideline clubs as well as thepicnic areas. The Premium Lead Server must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Lead Server willassistthe Premium Manager with projects including training,inventoryandspecial events. The Premium Lead Server must maintainexcellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per businessneed. This role is a hands-on service role. This is a seasonal role from March 1, 2026 and will end on September 30, 2026. Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing thesetting upof food & beverage service areas within clubs based on specific event needs Ensures all areas areset upprior to event Responsible for ensuring quality and hospitality throughout all Premium areas Responsible for communication between counter parts of the department Responsible for organization and preparation of events Responsible for supervising team members on non-event and event days Direct any other inquiries (notregardingfood and beverage) to the correct entity and/or personnel Monitor andmaintainfood quality Assistmanagement with monitoring department bymaintainingpolicies and procedures, upholdingsafetyand sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests Maintain, resolve, and enforce cash handling policies and procedures Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures Monitor andmaintaininventory control and product requisition Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages.You mustcheckguest''sID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Responsible forobservingguests to respond to anyadditionalrequests Supervises thesetupofsuitesfunctions including linens, dishware,glasswareand silverware. Maintains sanitation,healthand safety standards in work areas. Must showdemonstratedability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance. Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event. Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated andtaking action to cutoff alcohol to such individuals Enforcesall Oak View Group policies and procedures. Practices excellent Human Resources skillsregardingemployee relations, corrective action,coachingand counseling employees and completes all necessaryHR-relatedpaperwork. Assists Management team with projects including training,inventoryandspecial events. All otherdutiesassigned by the managers and supervisors. Qualifications Ability to lead and supervise the work of others. Ability to actively and successfully perform all service tasks related to this role, including running orders, reset workareasanddeliveringexceptional guest experience. Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, managementstaffand guests in a clear,business-likeand respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive,enthusiasticand cooperative work environment. Ability to speak, read and write in English. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations. Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cashreconciliationand product inventory.
