Details: Duration : 6 months contract-to-hire Pay range : $60-$68 per hour Location : Guelph, ON - 2x per week onsite Insight Global is looking for a Data & AI Governance professional to support enterpriselevel governance initiatives for a leading organization in the insurance space. This individual will bring expertise in data governance, information governance, data protection, or related domains, with experience applying enterprise governance frameworks and working within formal governance structures such as a threelinesofdefense model. In this role, youll support the implementation and operationalization of AI and ML governance, including responsible AI frameworks and AI risk controls. A strong understanding of data classification models, protection standards, retention and disposition rules, and endtoend data lifecycle management is required. Youll also collaborate closely with crossfunctional technical and business teams during the design and build phases of AI solutions and broader governance programs. Requirements: 5-8 yrs in data governance, information governance, data protection, or related domains, with experience applying enterprise governance frameworks. Experience working within formal governance structures such as a threelinesofdefense model. Handson experience supporting or implementing AI or ML governance, responsible AI frameworks, or AI risk controls. Strong understanding of data classification models, protection standards, retention and disposition rules, and data lifecycle management. Experience supporting the rollout and operationalization of governance programs. Experience collaborating with crossfunctional technical and business teams during design and build phases of AI solutions.
