NOW HIRING: Property Administrator Commercial (Brampton) Hays is recruiting on behalf of a confidential commercial real estate company. Were looking for an experienced, detailoriented, and proactive Property Administrator to join a growing commercial real estate team in Brampton . This is a fantastic opportunity to support a portfolio of 100+ commercial tenants while working closely with an established Property Manager. This is a permanent, inoffice position (MondayFriday) with strong longterm growth potential. Compensation $60,000 $70,000 base salary Up to 20% annual bonus Benefits + RRSP Fulltime, permanent, inoffice role Key Responsibilities Support communication between tenants, the Property Manager, accounting, and operations Collect monthly rents, enter tenant sales, and assist with A/R reporting in Yardi Contact tenants regarding arrears and maintain low accounts receivable Assist with tenant issues, work orders, moveins, and moveouts Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate accounting documentation Review lease agreements and enter all details accurately into Yardi Support the Property Manager with annual budgeting and administrative tasks What Were Looking For 25 years of property administration experience (commercial preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Techsavvy and comfortable learning new systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail How to Apply If youre interested in this opportunity, apply directly or send your resume to me via LinkedIn message .
