Hays Recruitment is working on an exciting Customer Service Representative role. We are looking for 10 immediately available workers to join their team on a contract basis of 1 month, with potential to extend. This is full time hours(40 hours per week), and you must be available to work Sunday-Friday (Saturdays are closed). Our client is a leading online grocery delivery service. What youll do: Answer customer phone calls, emails, and chats about a variety of different topics, including technical issues, account requests and product information. Provide an amazing level of care and service in every customer interaction, going above and beyond. Communicate feedback to the various internal teams concerning what our customers are saying and how we can improve our service. Check daily reports and ensure that any issues are dealt with for the upcoming day, including address and payment information, product shorts or substitutions, etc., and ensuring every box of food going out is complete. Participate in daily huddles, to be able to communicate, identify issues and celebrate successes. What you need to succeed: Previous experience providing customer service is required. Experience providing customer service through phone and email is preferred. Ability to maintain a high level of service awareness, with a customer-first attitude. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including active listening. A positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor. Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with call centre software is an asset. Typing speed of minimum 45 wpm.
