As a Recruiter, you will assist the Human Resources team to source for various roles, as per the Clients needs. Your responsibilities will include: Create job postings and review applicants Assist with the creation of job offers Assist with conducting background check screenings Provide general administrative assistance Assist with special projects What you bring to the job You are someone who knows how to put people at ease and bring out the best of their skills. You are collaborative and come with the following: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience 1+ years experience in a recruitment role Experience in a Mental Health or Addiction service facility an asset Superb communication skills Sound knowledge of human resources theories, principles, and practices Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to work 8 am-4 pm OR 9am-5pm Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Shannan Willoughby.
