We are undergoing an exciting organizational changes and are looking to revamp our English language program for adult professionals. Our goal is to offer a structured, high-quality learning experience that meets the specific needs of our clientele. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pedagogical Consultant to review, design, and enhance our English program. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring our curriculum aligns with best practices in adult learning and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Assess our current English program in the context of our rebranding. Identify an appropriate learning manual that fits the needs of professional adult learners. Develop a comprehensive curriculum and content for all levels (A1 to B2), ensuring structured progression and clear milestones. Recommend complementary learning resources to enhance the program. If required, provide training to instructors on effectively using the new learning manual and resources. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, Teaching English, or related field Experience in English Language Instruction and Communication Training Proven experience in designing English language programs for adults, preferably professionals. Strong knowledge of curriculum development across levels A1B2. Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Consultation, and Client-Focused Skills Ability to work independently in a remote work setup Contract Details: Project-based, fixed-term engagement. Remote/flexible work. Hourly rate: $28 to $30.00
