Location: Canada (Remote) Language: Bilingual, strong written and spoken communication in English and French Start date: March 30th 2026 Duration: 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension Pay Rate: $26.52/hour. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers and dealer partners, helping them navigate finance and leasing inquiries with confidence and clarity. Whats in it for You A fully remote role offering flexibility and work-life balance A supportive team culture that values collaboration and continuous learning Exposure to a reputable organization within the automotive industry The opportunity to strengthen bilingual communication and customer service expertise A structured environment with clear processes and ongoing support Your Responsibilities Youll serve as the first point of contact for customers and dealer partners regarding finance and leasing inquiries In this role, youll respond to inquiries via phone and email while delivering consistent, high-quality service Youll provide accurate information and tailored solutions aligned with established procedures Youll perform follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution Youll maintain professionalism and strong telephone etiquette during high-volume interactions Skills and Qualifications 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or high-volume environment Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken College diploma required, university degree considered an asset Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Knowledge of automotive products and services is an asset Why Partner with Altis If youve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
