Role: DevOps Project ManagerLocation: Remote Job Description:Program & Delivery ManagementOwn execution of ADO to Helios CI/CD migration across multiple application waves (homegrown and complex appsDrive the factorymodel onboarding approach including pipeline inventory, classification, migration sequencing, and cutover planningMaintain integrated delivery plans covering CI/CD migration, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and governance approvalsTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions across CNB, RBC, and vendor teamsStakeholder & Governance ManagementAct as the single execution interfaceDrive governance forums, weekly status reviews, and executive reportingEnsure timely engagement with architecture review committees (ARC), security, and compliance bodiesTechnical Oversight (Handson Program Leadership)Oversee migration of Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions, leveraging Helios reusable templatesEnsure migration of: CI/CD workflowsSecrets, certificates, and environment variablesArtifact repository integrationsValidate readiness across Dev, UAT, Staging, Prod, and DR environmentsNote: This is not an engineering role, but the TPM must be technically fluent enough to challenge plans, identify gaps, and unblock teams.Risk, Issue & Dependency ManagementProactively manage known migration risks including: RBAC and permissions alignmentFirewall approvals and network segmentationEnvironment parity and configuration driftEstablish escalation paths and ensure issues are surfaced early and resolved decisivelyMetrics & ReportingDefine and track execution metrics such as: CI/CD parity with Helios workflowsApplication onboarding throughputEnvironment readiness and cutover successCompliance with RBC standardsProvide concise, executiveready dashboards and health reportsRequired Experience & SkillsMust Have10+ years of technology project / program management experienceProven delivery of DevOps or CI/CD platform migration programsStrong handson understanding of: Azure DevOps GitHub Actionsbased CI/CD pipelinesEnterprise DevSecOps conceptsExperience operating in regulated financial services environments (banking preferred)Demonstrated success managing crossenterprise, multivendor delivery teamsLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
