About the Role We''re looking for an experienced High-Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient movement of inventory using high-reach / reach truck equipment, including racking put-away and picking at height. Key Responsibilities Operate a high-reach / reach truck to pick, stage, and put away product in racking (including high-level locations) Load/unload trailers and containers as required Pick and move product accurately using WMS/RF scanner or pick sheets (as applicable) Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and stock organization Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues immediately Keep aisles, staging areas, and work zones clean and organized Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including traffic rules and PPE requirements Assist with general warehouse duties (wrapping pallets, labeling, staging, inventory support) as needed Work efficiently to meet daily shipping/receiving deadlines Requirements Minimum 12 years experience operating a high-reach / reach forklift in a warehouse environment Valid forklift certification (or willing to complete certification upon hire) Comfortable working at heights and in narrow-aisle racking environments Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and stock organization Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong attendance Basic English communication skills (for safety and work instructions) Assets (Nice to Have) Punjabi or Hindi speaking is an asset Experience in 3PL, cross-dock, or fast-paced shipping/receiving operations Strong RF scanning / WMS experience Order picking and inventory counting experience Counterbalance / dockstocker experience (asset) What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Consistent full-time hours + overtime opportunities Benefits package (after probation) Stable long-term work with a growing operation Safety-first culture and well-maintained equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 50 per week Benefits: Extended health care Work Location: In person
