Business Systems Manager - D365 F&O Location: Hybrid in Chilliwack, BC or Armstrong, BC Are you a strategic systems leader with a passion for bridging technology and business? A leading company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a Business Systems Manager to shape how technology drives operational excellence across its North American operations. In this role, youll lead a dynamic team of IT professionals and ensure that key business systemsincluding ERP (D365 F&O)run seamlessly and support growth. Youll guide digital transformation efforts, streamline processes, and partner cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions that truly impact the business. What Youll Do Lead and mentor IT Business Analysts/Product Owners, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused team culture. Serve as the subject matter expert on ERP systems (D365 F&O), optimizing functionality and enabling process improvements. Drive continuous delivery using agile project management principles. Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into powerful, practical technology solutions. Support data management, documentation, security access, and system performance. Interface with software vendors and lead testing and implementation of new solutions. What You Bring Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Deep understanding of ERP systems, specifically D365 F&O. Strong knowledge of project management (PMBOK) and ITIL frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to travel up to 20%, including within the U.S.
