Royal Canin Pet Ambassador Premium Retail Services (Canada), Inc. Part time | Salary: $22.00 - $22.00 | Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Were opening the opportunity for a righthand person to serve as a field representative covering retail sales coverage and special projects within an assigned retail territory, accountable for representing ACOSTA and our principals through store coverage and executing objectives set forth by the principal, Client Manager, Customer Manager or District Manager to achieve superior instore results. Responsibilities Tidy and face clients products on shelves and set up POS material to ensure pet parents find what they need. Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents. Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge, including benefits and promotions, to increase recommendations and sales (with guidance from the client and approval from store managers). Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging pet parents and their pets in store and at events. Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations. Set up demos/displays as required. Maintain and leverage client-provided material (equipment and handouts) to engage associates and pet parents. Support recommendations driving special projects as required. Qualifications Pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition. Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple stores. Experience and Qualifications Access to a smart device for reporting. Experience working with pets (preferred, not required). RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required). Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must be 18 years or older.
