Responsibilities Supervise frontline staff to ensure service standards are being maintained. Oversee register coverage and monitor store supply usage. Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts. Perform opening and closing procedures. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues. Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising). Train and mentor new associates. Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in team supervision. Strong problemsolving skills.
