Requirements The Value You Bring Leadership Excellence Demonstrated senior leadership experience guiding large, distributed teams in highperformance environments. Proven ability to develop talent, elevate team capabilities, and drive engagement and accountability Strategic & Commercial Strength Proven success shaping business strategies that improve profitability, strengthen customer journeys, and optimize operating models. A deep understanding of sales distribution, customer service operations, and financial performance levers.
