Overview Were hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead a multi-unit chemical manufacturing site with full accountability for HSE, Quality, Productivity, and Manufacturing Excellence. This role oversees multiple production areas (gases, derivatives, batch operations, utilities) and leads a team of superintendents, engineering, and ~80 unionized personnel. Youll drive Operational Excellence, OEE/MDC improvements, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with site leadership.
