Rev Whisper is a handson revenue optimization company for shortterm rental hosts and property managers. Were not software. Were not a dashboard. Were a dedicated team of specialists, powered by internal AI tools, who get inside Airbnb listings every single day and do the work: analyzing ranking positions, filling gap nights, optimizing photos, metatags, pricing, and review responses through a proprietary process no one else can replicate. Kasu Capital is a real estate investment firm that strategically acquires U.S. singlefamily properties in highdemand vacation markets and repositions them into luxury private resorts with premium amenities. We give investors exposure to the top tier of U.S. vacation homes, properties designed to significantly outperform the median host. Kasu Resorts is our directbooking hospitality brand behind a growing portfolio of professionally designed luxury vacation properties across Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Pennsylvania. We are an operating business first. AI is how we increase revenue, eliminate manual work, and scale intelligently. This is applied AI inside a real business. The Role Were looking for a businessminded builder who loves AI tools and uses them to solve real problems. Youll work across: Revenue (Rev Whisper) , improving listing performance and internal optimization workflows Operations , automating manual processes and improving speed Sales & Lead Generation building lightweight systems that help us source, qualify, and convert leads Acquisitions & Hospitality improving internal data flow and decisionmaking This role requires both technical skill and business curiosity. If you only care about code and not business outcomes, this is not the right fit.
