DOCUMENT SPECIALIST x2 FULL-TIME (including off-hours/evenings/weekends) - Remote TORONTO Do you have exceptional formatting skills? They are currently seeking an experienced Document Specialist to join their team. Perks & Rewards Competitive Salary: 70,000 $75,000 Comprehensive Benefits, Pension and 3 weeks vacation Extensive Training Program to set you up for success Your Role As a Document Specialist, you will act as the technical expert for all document production and formatting needs, providing after-hours support across various departments. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing document production requests, setting clear expectations, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, confidentially, and efficiently. Preparing, editing, and finalizing a wide range of business and legal documents using multiple formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Visio), ensuring consistency, clarity, and proper formatting. Troubleshooting and resolving formatting issues, converting file types, and enhancing document usability, accessibility, and visual presentation. What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Office Specialist certification preferred Strong client service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment Exceptional accuracy and proofreading skills Availability to work one of the following, based on area: Tuesday to Friday 1PM -9:00PM and Saturday from 12 pm - 8 pm Monday to Friday 5PM 1:00AM Training The successful candidate will be required to attend office training during standard business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM) for approximately 3 to 6 weeks.
