Description Brooks Baptist Church is seeking a parttime Music Pastor/Worship Leader to lead our congregation in Christcentered, biblically grounded worship each Sunday from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. This individual will work closely with the Pastor to support the churchs mission to Love God, Live the Gospel, and Light the Way. Responsibilities Planning and leading Sunday morning worship Selecting songs consistent with Baptist doctrine and the churchs theological convictions Coordinating rehearsals as needed Leading vocalists and instrumentalists Fostering a worship atmosphere that is reverent, joyful, and congregational Qualifications Strong vocal ability and musical leadership skills, with the capacity to lead both traditional hymns and modern worship songs Dependable, organized, spiritually mature, and in agreement with Baptist doctrine Prior church worship leadership experience preferred To Apply Compensation is commensurate with experience.
