Your day-to-day work will focus on using critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills to review customer inquiries directed to the Marketing team and support stores across the country with their local store marketing. This role will also include conducting internal marketing analysis and attending special events.The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, or a bachelors degree in business or a related discipline. This individual will work closely with marketing leaders and store owners and should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home.Key responsibilitiesAssist mid/senior level team members to track local store marketing programs updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories.Event Support - coordinating logistics, managing product orders, set up/tear down, and post event reporting for local store and/or brand events.Collaborate with franchisee partners to review and execute local store marketing initiatives.Ensure adherence to Panago's brand standards, including visual identity, messaging, and promotional guidelines.Track marketing program budgets, evaluate results against goals, deliver wrap-up reports, and generate learnings for improvement.Manage the end-to-end process of handling customer inquiries for donations, school and sponsorship requests, including reviewing incoming requests, assessing their validity, and determining the appropriate course of action.Build cross-functional relationships, particularly with Operations, IT, to ensure excellent execution of all marketing programs.Leverage a deep understanding of internal and external marketing opportunities to inform decisions.Assist with competitive analysis and internal analytics requests.CompetenciesExcellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbalExcellent attention to detailStrong relationship builder both internally as well as externallyData-driven and highly analyticalStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyA creative thinker that can both develop win/win solutions for multiple stakeholdersDriven to take on new opportunities and challenges, with an appetite to learn, and self-motivation to continue to developPossesses strong analytical skills and supports decisions with business KPIs and data in mindSupports a positive environment, helping remove obstacles and advocates the effectiveness of cross-functional teamsWhat you bringBachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
