Our work is difficult but we get it done safely, with great people skill development andopportunity for growthVariety: changing work scopes from one day to the next there is always a new challengeKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while staying updated on local, provincial, and federal regulationsOversee field operations and projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost-effectivenessServe as the main point of contact for Sudbury Industrial Cleaning support servicesCoordinate manpower and equipment, optimizing resource allocationProvide leadership and strategic direction to align and hold employees accountable for growth and developmentBuild and maintain customer relationships while proactively addressing and resolve concernsProvide regular updates to direct reports and be on call 24/7 for emergenciesOther duties as assignedRole Specifications3-5 years in a leadership role is required10+ years experience in industrial services/maintenance in the mining industry3-5 years operating a high pressure pumps and tooling is requiredValid Class G driver's license is required, ClassAZor DZ drivers license is preferredAble to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol testBSO or Common Safety Orientation certification requiredHaving First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, Fall Protection and Confined Space certification would be a significant assetSkillsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detailYou are safety focused when it comes to people and equipmentEnjoy working outdoors even in harsh weather conditionsYou have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safelyAdditional InformationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
