The Role Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is currently looking for an Excise Application Associate to join our team. The Excise Application Associate plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal excise tax regulations by accurately applying tax stamps to finished cannabis products. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to maintaining product integrity and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Apply excise tax stamps to finished cannabis goods in accordance with federal regulations. Verify product labels and packaging prior to stamp application to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain detailed records of stamped inventory, including quantities, batch numbers, and stamp serials. Collaborate with inventory and ERP teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting. Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor. Follow all safety, sanitation, and security protocols within the production environment. Responsible to adhere to, maintain, and promote a positive company culture. Other related tasks as assigned. Ensure compliance with SOPs as they relate to daily work activities and compliance with regulations of the Cannabis Act. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in cannabis manufacturing, packaging, or compliance preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency. Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must. What will set you apart Experience working in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with warehouse management equipment use and operation Previous Cannabis experience.
