This role will be involved in many aspects of both departments operations and will help to facilitate interactions between the departments. This role demands a team player with exceptional time management and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing SupportProvide administrative support to the Marketing Department.Facilitate the Sponsorship request and fulfillment process for lawyers and firm committees.Manage all sporting events, including ticket allocation, distribution, and associated food and beverage ordering (Jets, Bombers, Moose, etc,) for sporting events in private suites.Assist with designing, creating, and scheduling content for social media, email marketing, and print campaigns.Support event coordination, set up, and takedown as needed.Business Development SupportProvide administrative support to Business DevelopmentAssist with business development initiatives, including reporting on email metrics, preparing RFPs, reformatting documents, and managing website intake inquiries.Maintain and manage client lists in the CRM system, follow up on BD partnerships and events, and update BD sections of the firms intranet.RequirementsBehavioural SkillsProven experience in an office or business environment, preferably supporting senior executives or partners in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.Professional demeanor with a mature attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle stress, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects while maintaining a process-oriented, collaborative approach.Naturally client-focused and solutions-driven, with a positive and proactive attitude.Flexible, diplomatic, and adaptable, capable of balancing independent work with teamwork.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional presentation and business acumen.Skilled in synthesizing information, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing relationships with leadership, support teams, vendors, and internal clients.Availability to work off-hours or travel to firm offices as needed.Technical SkillsMarketing knowledge, education and/or experience in related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skillsKnowledge and experience with creative and design software and platformsEducation and ExperienceCompletion of a degree or college diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with a digital marketing focus as an asset.A combination of education and experience will be considered.OthersA valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.Availability to work flexible hours at times, including evenings to attend business events and receptions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
