The Real Estate Representative will work with clients to facilitate the buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, conducting property market analyses, preparing and presenting offers, assisting in negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Candidates will also be expected to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by adopting a customer-focused approach. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License is required Experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of buying, selling, leasing, and real property transactions Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships and achieve client satisfaction Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks efficiently Familiarity with the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver real estate markets is an asset Proficiency with technology and tools relevant to real estate, such as virtual tours and digital marketing platforms, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
