Job Description With WSP, you can help shape winning strategies for impactful infrastructure, environmental, advisory, and engineering projects across Canada as a Senior Proposal Manager. This oneyear contract role involves developing clientfocused proposals that strengthen WSPs position as an industry leader. The Opportunity Build the future with us as a Senior Proposal Manager, leading proposals across multidisciplinary pursuits. Your Impact Lead the endtoend development of highquality proposals for multidisciplinary pursuits. Facilitate strategy sessions and collaborate with technical teams to define win themes and value propositions. Develop compliant, persuasive content tailored to client needs and solicitation requirements. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent pursuits. Coordinate reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure brand, messaging, and quality standards are met. Analyze solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to identify requirements, risks, and competitive insights. Support continuous improvement by contributing to pursuit debriefs, content libraries, and best practices. The Skills That Set You Apart Experience managing complex proposals in AEC, infrastructure, government, or related sectors. Strong understanding of publicsector procurement processes. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narrative. Skilled in project coordination, writing, editing, and deadlinedriven work. Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with proposal collaboration platforms is an asset. Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fastpaced pursuit environment. Why Choose WSP? Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 $138,000 MB & ON: $95,000 $130,800 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 $124,900 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
