Establishes methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities, including the requisition of materials and supplies.Main Duties:oversee, supervise, inspect, schedule, assign, prioritize, in heavy equipment maintenance and general maintenance of trucks and vehiclescoordinate work assignments with mechanics to ensure efficient use of resources and repair of equipment in an efficient and timely mannerprovide mechanics with technical expertise, guidance, and mentorshipmaintain and manage accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirementsschedule and supervise day-to-day operations and workload for the shopensure company safety policies and procedures are followeddeal with suppliers and internal customersprovide daily progress reportswork a 10-hour day shift from Monday to FridayRequired Qualifications:Heavy Duty Mechanical: 2-year experience (preferred)310T or 421A Certificationa valid class G Drivers Licensestrong organizational and troubleshooting skillsability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressurestrong communication skills and be a proactive, positive team leaderstrong work ethicstrong mechanical background with knowledge of construction equipment and associated partsexperience in leading teams of 10 or more peopleSalary range: $100,000 $130,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)Training and development opportunitiesPotential for advancement within the companyRRSP/DPSPGroup Health and DentalHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume detailing their qualifications and relevant experience to .
