Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $22.7523.00 on a 35hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement. Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.
