Job Description

Hybrid- 3 days In office (1-2 monthly visits to site) Introduction We are seeking a Specialist Asset Readiness professional to Provide technical expertise (preferably Mechanical) in reviewing and processing Maintenance Work Instruction content, converting content from old system (AWB) to new system, Processing instruction improvement suggestions from the front line maintenance teams, leading walkdown activities onsite with the maintenance teams to optimise Work Instructions. This role will work closely with other Maintenance Readiness work streams, as well as operations. Responsibilities Responsible to process Work Instruction Improvements within the BHP Standardised work solution within business SLA expectations. Lead optimisation routines of existing work instructions with the Execution teams. Responsible to convert Work Instruction content across systems. Actively collaborate and align with other Maintenance Readiness team members to deliver consistent work. Develops, optimises and governs master data and replication of best practices across assets and equipment. Prioritises work effort per schedule and details according to relative importance. Developing and/or navigating Fiori and SAP systems Usage of complex data models and spreadsheets Firsthand experience with Mechanical mining equipment Working within a high performing team Change Management exposure would be ideal. Qualifications Post-Secondary degree in Mechanical engineering, Technician/Trade diploma(s) Experience with interpreting Work Instructions Experience with maintenance master data development or use Experience in data manipulation/processing (Excel and instructional content Additional Skills & Experience Experience developing or navigating SAP and Fiori systems. Ability to work with complex data models and spreadsheets. Firsthand experience with mechanical mining equipment. Exposure to change management initiatives.
