Your Role Provide expertise through the engineering phases PEA, PFS, FS, conceptual design, frontend engineering and detailed design. Interpret metallurgical test work results. Develop process flow sheets. Prepare process design criteria. Prepare process calculations, PFDs, heat & material balances and P&IDs. Size process equipment and develop specifications. Prepare metallurgical simulations. Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. Additional duties as required. Qualifications Bachelors degree or similar in Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering. P.Eng. designation an asset. Ability to sign off as a Qualified Person (QP) an asset. Minimum 6 years of experience in mineral processing, gold, copper, uranium and lithium ore processing preferred. Experience with metallurgical simulation software such as MetSim, JKSimMet and/or Bruno. Some operational experience in a mineral processing plant preferred. Good communication skills with welldeveloped written and oral skills. Proven ability to work as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
