WHAT WE''''RE LOOKING FOR We are hiring a Director, HR - Global (Supply Chain & Quality) to act as a strategic HR business leader for our Quality and Supply Chain Management Pillar globally. This is an 18month contract based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Etobicoke, with fulltime benefits and a bonus. WHAT YOU''''D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Global HRBP Leadership Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to leaders and people managers within the SCM and manufacturing teams globally, such as talent planning, organizational structure, and organizational design planning to support shortterm and longterm business OKRs. Identify risks and opportunities proactively. Provide consulting support in change management, teambuilding, conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and employee development. Create a comprehensive budget analysis, in partnership with the SCMFinance team, of all SCM locations (globally) and a headcount costsavings plan. This plan will identify gaps, opportunities, risks and solutions for current and future fiscal years. Champion change management efforts to foster positivity and improve workplace culture and retention. Contribute to the development of company culture and actively participate in the deployment of the employer brand. Support the SCM L&D team and cocreate a learning and skills development strategy for each SCM location globally, based on robust data (deep dive, listening sessions, observation, employee relation themes, etc.). Participate in compensation planning, partnering with Total Rewards on market analysis, benchmarking and retention strategies. Support the Global HR sustainability initiatives to ensure thirdparty agencies comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct. Strategy & Projects In collaboration with the VP of People, lead HR strategy in a complex SCM, manufacturing, and quality environment by confidently operating in the grey, balancing competing business and people priorities while maintaining agility and protecting core HR processes. Work with People Leaders on people transformation projects such as new process implementations, new HR technology, and organizational design projects. Coaching & Relationship Management Partner with People Leaders to develop, maintain and improve global People initiatives while working crossfunctionally with key stakeholders. Partner with People Managers on the performance enablement process (Human Journeys), including education in goal setting, expectation setting and accountability measurement. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE 8+ years of experience in a leadership role specific to the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies and programs relevant to supply chain and manufacturing environments; experience in a GMP environment is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Drive). Knowledge of HRIS and/or headcount planning tool technologies. Experience in a GMP environment is an asset.
