Responsibilities:Prepare brochures, division newsletters, marketing materials, banners and social media postsWork with various department heads, to organize and gather data for these promotionsMonitor and periodically update websites (WordPress, WooCommerce)Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos and updates)Manage all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube for multiple divisionsWrite compelling copy for video descriptions, captions, and promotional materials, optimizing views and engagementMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platformsMaintain and manage digital and photographic databasesTake photos, create and edit videosAssist with building databases of clients, both new and existing for newsletters and promotionsDesign and maintain promotional pages for website salesWork with Store Managers to promote weekly and monthly specialsHelp run and monitor digital ads (Google PPC, Meta)Monthly Google Analytics analysis - identify whats working and suggest improvementsWhat we are looking for:A 'PEOPLE PERSON', self-confident and a self starter.Works well with others, able to pull together great ideas and gently shelf the 'not so great ideas'.Be a trend setter - propose new ideas that might gain us more followers, subscribers and customers.Learn about our competition, build new ideas by seeing what works for others, and what doesn't.Proven skill in the following:Experience with content creation platforms such as Canva, Brevo, MetaExperience using WordPress for website updatesProven experience maintaining WooCommerce product content (images, pricing, etc.)Experience with Meta AdvertisingEfficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Google Ads, Merchant Centre and Google AnalyticsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to analyze data and derive actionable insightsKNOWLEDGE OF LANDSCAPING MATERIALS, TREES AND SHRUBS WOULD BE CONSIDERED A HUGE ASSET!Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
